Mobile Web Accessibility Assessment Tool
The current status of the Mobile Web Accessibility Assessment Tool allows for the evaluation of Web pages targeted at mobile devices, according to WCAG 2.0 and partial MWBP (W3C Mobile Web Best Practices) recommendations, and respective EARL (Evaluation and Report Language) reports. This tool integrates the concrete application of the ACCESSIBLE Harmonized Methodology (HAM), through the ACCESSIBLE Rules Inference Engine. Consequently, evaluation according to Personas and Disabilities is attainable. The core evaluation engine provided by this tool is also available in the forms of a Web Service and Java component, to allow its integration into other tools (notably, the ACCESSIBLE Portal and Integrated Evaluation Tool).
